The Finale.....
OK - we're on the final stretch....and have a full house currently here for Logan's final performance of the tour, and as we'll be busy with a total breakdown later on, we've just done the draw for today's headphones and the final winner of the daily draw is........Nick Taylor of Taylored Sound
Hopetoun House - Edinburgh
What a location! Such an enormous shame I forgot to bring the office camera with me as it's quite stunning. As we drove up the driveway, Hopetoun House gradually started to appear in the foreground until we reached the top of the drive and the house was revealed in all it's glory. The funny thing was to see our truck set up right in front of the house - am pretty amazed they allowed us to park it there but we're not complaining!
For the first time since the tour began over 3 weeks ago, we have never seen the truck looking quite so small - we thought it was big until we saw it with Hopetoun House as a backdrop.
Pretty good day yesterday and today so far....it's the finale of the tour today, and the team have been told to put on their finest performance of the whole tour!! The curtain comes down at 5.30pm today, so I daresay a 'wee' celebration will be taking place afterwards.
Then, it'll be back down to earth and rejoin the mothership in Leeds tomorrow, whilst the truck heads down also for a derig.
The winner of the headphones yesterday (June 9th) was Ian Gibson from The Warehouse.
I'll update the blog later today with the winner from today's draw.

Oulton Hall, Leeds
Sorry it's taken me til Monday to update the blog.
Apart from a bit of a disaster when we initially arrived at Oulton Hall on Thursday evening. We were hoping to have a very fast turnaround time upon arrival but it was bedlam at Oulton, who seemed totally unprepared for the arrival of a 44 tonne truck! So we had to hang about for a few hours whilst they cleared the carpark before we could start setting up. Naturally we spent those few hours in the golf club bar...
A very busy day in Leeds - although made more busy by most of the Leeds team turning up at various intervals. Great to see everyone from the mothership....after 3 weeks on the road, so thanks for coming along to check out what we've been up to.
We found out towards the end of the day, that some of the Oulton golfers, disgruntled at not being able to park by the clubhouse were playing silly devils and moving all our signage around the grounds, so our apologies to all our customers who fell victim to these childish antics - what can you say?!?
The winner of the prize draw for the headphones at this event was Mark Stoves of Direct Visual.
2nd Day at Tatton Park
Another fantastic day weather-wise at Tatton Park - and a really lovely drive through the estate to get to the truck - driving past hundreds of deer.
Quite a busy morning with Dre's presentation on DDR once again proving a very popular (and controversial) discussion topic. Putting forth the facts without scaring people off has been key with this topic and we feel it's vital that we educate our customers, and users of wireless mics as to the current and future situation.
We had lunch in Lord Egerton's apartment over in the main house which had spectacular views across the ornamental gardens and grounds of Tatton Park. Cunningly, I took loads of pictures from the terrace and also the grounds then realised there was no memory stick in the camera. DOH!
Quite turnaround at the end of the day today as we've got to break the truck down and then hot foot it over to Leeds and build up this evening.
The winner of the headphones was Ted Ruddiman of Northern Stage

Set up and 1st Day at Tatton Park
Anyway, today was a great success with everyone taking advantage of the fantastic sunny weather to join us at beautiful location of Tatton Park. We decided to have lunch in the Mansion House rather than onboard the truck today, so we were all able to enjoy the spectacular views across the gardens from Lord Egerton's Study.

A-T at the Belfry
Couldn't really ask for a nicer location than the Belfry - we're all feeling very calm and relaxed being here and dont really want to leave, but needs must!
We're heading over to Cheshire in an hour or so - got 2 days over at Tatton Park, so make sure you come along and see us there if you can. Just a quick note on the venue - just tell them at the entrance gate you're here for the Audio-Technica Roadshow and you wont have to pay for entry to the grounds.
Got loads of pics from the Belfry event, but only got a 2G connection so too much hassle to try and upload them, so will do it later.
The winner of the ANC7 headphones was Peter Coleman of Stage Electrics
